Tour Guide

Clayton Bjelan has hosted his program 'In Conversation with Clayton' on 89.9 LightFM for over 11 years now.  He has interviewed over 1300 guests in that time from Prime Ministers to entertainers, race car drivers to the everyday local who is doing an incredible work in the community.  These interviews always contain remarkable depth as he truly digs into someone's story.  He has even travelled to China as the correspondent to 9 different radio stations around the country for the 2008 Olympics.

Over the years of his program, he has interviewed many people who have lived (or are living) in Israel and Palestine.  With a focus on the spiritual journey of these interviewees, it has put an even greater passion in Clayton's heart to share the experiences of a trip to the Holy Land with anyone who has a desire for spiritual growth.

As well as his on-air role, he is also responsible for the overall feel and sound of 89.9 LightFM & LightDigital. He oversees announcing staff, volunteer staff, partnership and production areas as the Content Director.  He has a personal love and hunger to understand the culture and times of first century Palestine - when Jesus walked the earth and is looking forward to sharing some of his learnings and learning with you!
